Page 1 Errors in the Compensation and Pension Exam by William Pittman Ph.D. Paragraph 1 I was with the 32nd artillery service company C at Tay Ninh . I volunteered to be in the service, and to be sent over to Viet Nam and I was not drafted.
Paragraph II I have been receiving outpatient psychiatric therapy with F. LaMarr Heyrend M.D. since October 2001 to present and I have know him since 1978 to present.
Paragraph II As a teenager I shop lifted along with other kids, not for my family. It was a one time thing. My family did not know about this incident until I got caught.
Paragraph V I was raised on a ranch and I played and worked on the ranch as a child growing up. My childhood was good growing up.
Paragraph VI all psychiatric assessments are wrong and inaccurate going into the service. I never had seen Peter Doyle M.D. neuro psychiatrist in 1968. I left the U.S. Army November 19, 1967 and I never had seen any doctors’ about my PTSD until 2001 with Dr. Heyrend
Paragraph VII I take other medications for my medical impairments , and only Valium for PTSD.

Paragraph II The incident that I described did happen and it happened as an isolated incident in Viet Nam that had a significant impact upon me.
Paragraph III I was not in Fort Benning, Georgia in September of 1967, I was in Viet Nam. We got off the plane and all of our gear was stowed in the cargo department of the plane. We picked up our gear when we got off the plane, marched to the bus. We did not have our weapons on the plane, they were all stored in the cargo area of the plane. At the airport in Oakland, California there were civilians demonstrating against the Viet Nam War, they were outside of the front door of the airport.
Paragraph IV Intrusive thoughts of Viet Nam are weekly and monthly not daily.
